library, but no luck. This small town library is closed on Sundays -
which seems kinds dumb to me, but whatever.
So no picture uploads yet. Sorry.
Some of the hikes have been ridiculously tough, but we got through
them (somehow). The furthest we have gone so far is 13.8 miles, which
was a bit much for one day. We have not tried to repeat the feat.
Regardless, we are having a great time. We took a zero-day (where we
rest instead of hike) at a small inn in Hiawassee, GA and we're both
anxious to get back on the trail. Muscles have been rested, wounds
tended, and provisions restocked, so I think we're all ready.
Even with just one week of hiking, a lot has happened on the trail.
I'll tell you more about it when I'm at an actual computer an not
typing everything on the phone.
